Sewing, Play-Doh, and More...

I think it's safe to say that the girls have had a good day today and they've kept me busy!

This morning, Juliet realized that the wrapped Christmas presents had name tags on them that she recognized as stickers. Need I say more????

The girl peeled off a couple and placed them on her belly!
She was so proud of herself!
Presley wanted to turn our boring lunch into a lunch party. So we got out the party hats and used princess party napkins. As you can see... It makes lunch time easier when it's more fun. And the chicken salad and wheat crackers always tastes better.

Piper is such a little clown!

After lunch, Presley started to work on her Thank you cards for her birthday party gifts. She only did four today. I told her she had eight more to go and she said, "Mommy, I am only 4 years old! That's too many! I can't do eight more!" I told her she could do a couple a day until she had them all done.

After Dinner, I let Presley have a special edition Oreo Cookie snack.
It tastes like a candy cane. Yum!
That was a big hit with her!

And Piper got to play with Play-Doh for the 1st time today. She thought is was gross at first. Then she really had a great time with it after Presley and I showed her how to roll it and stuff. We were super wary that she'd eat it, but she didn't.

And lastly when Presley went to bed, Juliet and I did some sewing together. She had her first ever lesson. It was really sweet. She sat in my lap and held on to the material with her little left hand and with her right hand, she helped me to guide it. She really liked that. She grinned from ear to ear!
