HOUSE #1
Piedmont Place House, Carrollton
4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2,175 square feet
4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2,175 square feet
Nice house, but NO trees!
Totally redone. I really liked this house, just didn't care much for the neighborhood and it was 2 doors down from a real busy street.
Living area
I think this was suppose to be a dining area, but I think they used it for an office since there was cable hookups in there.
Nice trim
Presley was so excited to see a bathroom in the kitchen. I was a little weirded out by that.
nice open kitchen....I'd redo it though!
1/2 bathroom in the kitchen
these ceiling fans were everywhere!
bedroom 1
bedroom 2
game room between the two upstairs bedrooms. it would make for a nice place for girls to do school work.
laundry closet upstairs. could you imagine getting your washer and dryer up there.
guest bathroom
Crack.....only one i saw though.
newly built patio cover with those ceiling fans
nice fence
they didn't finish the fence though.
2 A/C. I wonder if that equals a big fat bill!

HOUSE #2
Fawn Ridge Trail Home, Carrollton
3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,149 square feet (foreclosure)
This was a 1986 David E. Weekly home. I don't like this builder. Their homes feel very cheaply made.
bent gutters
openness, to the left is the living & dining. Straight ahead is another living with fireplace and the kitchen.
Master bedroom (super small...our king and nightstand wouldn't fit in here). And that room that John is standing in is what they called a nursing room. The lady that showed the house said that is where small children would sleep so they could be close to mommy and daddy.
Master bath and a cracked sun window....means water damage!
This room smelled like cat pee!
Kitchen.....big window & nice view of the neighbors house.
wet bar
I could so live with out this house.

HOUSE #3
Beckham House, Plano
4 Bedrooms, 3 full Bathrooms, 2,046 square feet
This was the last house we saw Friday. It was is about 98% perfect for us! But a little out of our price range. Hopefully no one else will like it and it'll stay on the market long enough for them to slash the price! It was a foreclosure and now owned by some company that snatches up houses and fixes them and resales them. We saw pictures of what it looked like before they got it...and wow.
I LOVE the openness of this house! Out those double doors is a courtyard that the house is centered around.
On the other side of the see thru fireplace is the dining room. To the left is the mother-in-law suite. If we bought this house, we'd wall in the doorway so there is more usable walls in that bedroom and turn it into our tv/wii room. And to the right is the kitchen, laundry room, and garage.
On this side of the house is three other bedrooms. The girls rooms would be joined by a jack & jill bathroom.
The master bedroom
Door in master bedroom looking out to the courtyard. You can see the kitchen door from here.
One side of the kitchen.
Other side of the kitchen. I'd totally redo this kitchen at one point. It bothers me that they put the oven next to the dishwasher.
Breakfast nook in kitchen
Big garage with a window, ceiling fan, a closet, and a door to the backyard.
It was raining, so I went around the outside of the house to see what drainage was like. And I noticed that the house is stone and some crazy white brick work. Wasn't too crazy about that, but I LOVED the inside of the house!
Better picture of the stone and brick.
nice size backyard for the girls to run in...and Maggie.
John will have to do something for drainage...it was really flooding!
By far...so far, this was my favorite house! I hope it can be mine.....but we just can't low ball them yet.

Tonya my brother Kelly had a house with a courtyard like the Beckham house and it used to flood. Hopefully the Beckham house is better, just be careful. Love the pictures of your night at Denny's. See ya.
