She's tested positive for what???

That's exactly what I said when the nurse peeked her head in the door and told Dr. Frank the test was positive. Juliet has RSV (supposedly it is equivalent to Bronchitis in adults).

Anyways, it's a virus so there is no antibiotic we can give her for that, it has to run it's course and apparently...that can take upwards of nearly 21 days! That's 3 weeks she might be sick!!!!! And I was told it is highly contagious!

She also has 2 complications from the RSV, an ear infection and wheezing. So at least they were able to give her an antibiotic for the ear infection and Albuterol which is a bronchodilator for her wheezing. Luckily she likes the taste of medicine so I won't have any trouble giving it to her.

Poor thing. I hate seeing her sick & hope she feels better real soon!

Y'know, The girls aren't in daycare or anything and I can not remember the last time we let them play at the playground. So I have NO idea how they get these illnesses that they do. UGGG!
