It's been so long since my last blog! We've been too busy playing and stuff to blog! But today I am trying to play catch up!
June was a fun a month! We had so much fun and it was filled with play dates! I'll let the pictures and captions tell the story!
The girls and I awaiting our long over due play date with Madalyn at the park! YAY!!!!!
The girls met up with their cousins Ethan and Zenon at a spray pad for some summer time fun and a little picnic.
Piper was a hand full! She's a total character!
The girls had way to much fun!!!!!!! They always do with E & Z, this is how they usually end up after a day with them. NICE!
John teaching the girls how to maintain their bikes.
Presley getting a few tips from her Pops on how to ride with no training wheels!
A few days later the girls enjoyed the new sprinklers that their Grandma Ragan gave them. Then took a break to "Shade Bathe" with a frozen chocolate covered banana. "Shade Bathe" is a term Presley made up. She said, " I love sun bathing mommy. Hey wait, we are in the shade! We aren't sun bathing, we are SHADE BATHING!"
They got a little chilly in the shade and moved to the sun!
A couple of days later, we met up with Ethan and Zenon again at aunt Deb's for some more fun in the sun!
See! They have too much fun with those two and get worn out! YAY!!! And it doesn't help that we were at Aunt Deb's house! They love their Aunt Debbie and never want to leave!
That next weekend, Jessica turned 6 and had a cool skating party! Piper and I were sick so we had to skip the party! But Presley had a ton of fun for all of us!
Presley got to meet real Derby girls and now wants more than ever to try that sport (when she gets older!).
Then Presley and her Pops enjoyed a nice Vietnamese dinner together before coming home.
Sunday, June 20th FATHER'S DAY! And Piper and I were still sick!!!!! :(
I think John had a great Father's day despite that!
....after all, we got new bikes for our Mother's Day and Father's Day! They are soooo much fun to ride!
When everyone was better, we were back out doors for fun in the cal-de-sac. Piper practiced on her push bike.
Even daddy had a turn.
Presley ROCKED the bike with NO training wheels! Her new FAVORITE song is, " I can ride my bike with no training wheels, with no training wheels..." hahaha
She'd fall on occassion but she'd brush it off and get back up!
The last playdate of the month was with Madalyn! They are moving away to Temple next week, so we are trying to squeeze in as many playdates as possible!
I am SURE July will bring soooooooo many more playdates and fun!
