That September is National Sewing Month????? I saw a sign at Jo-Ann Fabrics. How cool is that!!! Good thing I have been feeling crafty this month!
1st thing I have been working on this month are my girls smocks.
Then I made us some Halloween placemats.
They are so so super duper cute! The girls LOVE them!
They came out really really cute! I am going to have to make myself one!
And John has even gotten into the spirit of National Sewing Month! He has started working on his Halloween costume!

I love making Halloween costumes! Last year I made me an Alice costume and I made Nick a hat, he was the Mad Hatter. Boys aren't into my homemade costumes they want to be super heros :(.
I love making halloween costumes too. This year, Presley is a witch and Piper is a black cat. Not much sewing on Piper's but at least I still get to make Presley's. :) That makes me happy. :)
