We had the best time last night with the girls at the Coppell Public Library!
We are just now starting to check out what the community has to offer. So I went on-line to find out what the library out here did for kids. I found 2 different story times that they could participate in together. So from now one, we'll be there every Tuesday at 7pm & Thursday at 1030am.
We had a great time last night there! They have an entire room devoted just for story time. That was an entire hour of songs, reading, dancing & wiggling, and crafts! Last nights theme was farm animals. The girls had so much fun.
They got an hour of story time there, then checked out books and got more story time when I dropped John off with the girls at home. I had to head to the store so he put them down to sleep by himself.
Anyways, I was thoroughly impressed! 
Also this week, we have gone and toured the local YMCA and the Coppell Rec Center. We have free guest passes for both and are trying to decide which to join. They both have it's perks. Anyway suggestions??????

Awwww I remember doing that with the boys at our local library. Misty, Sarah and I used to meet up there. Every once in a while when I go to the library and see them doing their craft/story time I feel sad that the boys are now in school :(.
the girls had a ball! we have always meant to go to teh ones by our old house, but never made it for one reason or another. they really enjoyed themselves.
Barnes and Noble hold REALLY cool story times. Once they read a Camping story and made all the kids Smores!
How cute! I remember you telling me about that! I need to check it out again! Thanks! I signed teh girls up at the rec for a tumbling class in April. It's only $30 for one hour! At Presley's old gymnastics school, I was paying $85 a month for 45 minutes! I couldn't believe it. She's also going to take yoga next month if there are enough kids.
Any other ideas on free suffto do with kids? Oh, this weekend, between 9-11 all of the targets are suppose to have a dr. suess thing going on. prizes, story time, crafts, etc.
