Jam Packed Fun!!!

We kept super busy this weekend.

Our weekend started out by having an all day play date with Ethan and Liza on Friday. The kids had a blast! They played, colored, baked cookies, had lunch, watch cartoons, got in trouble, played outside. It was fun!

Juliet even snitched for the 1st time! It was good she did too. She told us that Presley and Ethan went outside without out permission to play on the swing set. She went straight for Liza and drug her to the back door. Good Girl Juliet!

When we got home, we went out back to play with Maggie and check out the garden. If we can keep Maggie Bell from digging in the girls flowers, I think the garden will be gorgeous!

Here's a little friendly lady bug hanging out in the tree. I cannot remember the last spring that I have seenso many lady bugs! I have seen tons of these little guys this year!

And another Clematis bloom! I love these flowers!

Saturday, I went to my mom's way early in the morning and dropped the girls off so I could go and lend my support to my friend Christy at her mom's memorial service. And after that we went to a Mother/Daughter lunch at the Highland Park Cafeteria. I got stuck at my mom's house till about 530 ish that night due to all the storms. It took me about an 1 1/2 to get home I think. It shouldn't have been daylight when I left but it looked like it was night time on my drive home. I soooo do not like driving in crappy weather.

See the clouds part and sunlight poke through. I saw this as I pulled into my drive way.

And Sunday, we grilled fajitas, kids played, screamed, fought, and drove us mommy's absolutely insane to the point where we mixed John's whiskey into our Cherry Coke Zero at dinner time!

And the guys beat their chests and worked on their bikes to get them ready for our upcoming camping trip!

What a weekend!!!!!! Wheewww, I am beat! Oh and yesterday, I rearrange the girls rooms. Presley has been sleeping on Piper's little Princess couch at night. So I went ahead and moved around the furniture in their rooms and made Piper's room their shared sleeping room and Presley's room their shared toy room. Looks pretty cool & they like sharing a room.
