Last year on December 14th, John ran his 1st marathon! 26.2 miles. That's a lot of running!
Well, tonight he signed up for his first ever TRIATHLON!!!!
It's The Toyota U.S. Open Triathlon on October 11th.
He'll start his swim at Cedar Hill State Park, then bike till he reaches the American Airline Center, and then run the Katy Trail.
All I can say is WOW!

I've always wanted to do a Triathlon! How far does he have to swim?? Thats my problem...can't swim :(
Oh I bet your so proud of him!!
On the Mardi Gras run tell him if he wants to run it with me or is he trying to keep a certain time?
We need to get on the major running train and catch up to this man!
I am really proud of John, but I am beginning to think he is a little crazy.
I am sure that he has good reasons for this feat. Whatever it is GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
