Carnival Fun

Brandon, Presley, and Piper took in all the carnival fun.

I seriously don't know who the bigger ham is.

Pure cuteness and a Teddy Bear Parade

The girls wanted a fancy dress up dinner. So that is what we had. They put on the dinner best and John sported a tie with his t-shirt and I had long long necklaces one. And we had one fancy dinner! Pure Cuteness....seriously!

And here it is, The Teddy Bear parade! Parents and the older students lined the walls as the kinder classes showed off their floats with their favorite stuffed animal! So many smiles!!!!

Friday Night Outing

Piper rode and I walked to get Presley from school. While we waited, Piper broke out her harmonica and played for us waiting moms! TOOOOO CUTE!

When Pops got home, we headed back to enjoy the weather and the city!

We rode about 6 miles that night. John pulling Presley and me pulling Piper. We 1st rode to dinner at Subway. Nice and healthy! Then we saw that Blockbuster was closing down so we parked the bikes and went to have a look! We got a couple of movies and a wii game for cheap and stocked up on sunflower seeds and peanuts! We thru it all in the back of one trailer and headed for the park!

When we got there, there were hundreds of ducks. A few saw that the girls had BREAD! YAY!

Then back in the trailer to head home for showers and a Friday night family movie!

Totally Taking Advantage!

We are totally taking advantage of the gorgeous weather!

Presley got to ride her bike to school....

I got to go on a nice run....

So it's only fair that Piper get to have fun in the beautiful weather too!

When I got home, Piper was ready to go. She loaded up her basket with snacks for her and for the ducks!

Finally!

Presley really really wanted to ride her bike on the 1st day of school, but it was way to hot for that! So on the 1st break we had from the heat, she was ready to ride off to school.

She was so proud of herself and she looked so little and cute!

There is my big girl growing up!!!!

I LOVE IT...just a little bit!

Is what Juliet said after I asked her how her gymnastics try out class was. Thank goodness I didn't have to buy a leotard! That one use to be Presley's.

So I am still finding something for Piper to do. I have tried to introduce her to basketball, soft ball, soccer, and now gymnastics. But no bite. She's just not the sporty kind. She had more fun in this class than the others though, but it still didn't 100% satisfy her!

I think next well try something more like dance or music. That might be better suited for her.

Members Only Night

We took the girls to the zoo one last time for the summer. The had a members only night. So we didn't have to go durng the day in the 110 degree temp....just at night when it was about 99 degree temp. hahaha

We still had fun though!

I just love it when the girls are being sweet to each other. I caught a pic of Presley helping her sister up on the stone wall. So sweet! I hope they stay like this forever!

I have never seen the elephants fully play in the water! This one was smart on this hot day and got all of the way in!

Pretty Cute!

We went to Southlake to Central Market to get a few groceries. Presley saw her dream car and wanted her picture taken with it. She has said she has been able to talk that she wants a "fast red car with no roof" when she grows up. Presle said she wanted to save her marbles for that car!

Lil' Pipey loved the car too!

Chuck E Cheese to the Rescue!

Piper has been so down in the dumps since Presley started school, so I treated her to an early afternoon treat to Chuck E Cheese! She had so much fun. I think it was just what she needed.

Chuck E Cheese came to my rescue and cheered my baby up!
